COOKING CLASSES IN PALERMO OR IN TAORMINA

WHAT A CHANCE !!!
Our tailor-made cooking classes are always appreciated both for their quality and for the dish our chefs propose...
The atmosphere is always friendly and familiar.
Once back in your country, you will be certainly glad and proud to treat your friends with a Sicilian dinner.
But let's see what kind of food our classes usually include:

Starters
Starters (called antipasti) are an important aspect of Sicilian cuisine. Common Sicilian starters often include the wellknown caponata and gatò di patate (a kind of potato and cheese pie) and much more.
The Sicilian brushetta is, for example, another tyical starter
Main dishes

Our traditional dishes mostly include pasta, pasta fresca (fresh pasta) and sometimes rice, called 'primi piatti'
We distinguish between 'primi piatti' and 'secondi piatti'.
When referring to 'secondi piatti' we mean either meat or fish and these are usually accompanied by a side dish.
At home, we usually have pasta or rice for lunch and meat or fish for dinner.
Here we use the term 'main course' without distinguishing between the two of them.
Cooking classes are usually based on the preparation of pasta fresca
Pasta is always seasoned with a variety of toppings some of which you will learn to make.
